How delete Config and Backup Icon on desktop (Iron 52.0.2750.0)

Hello,
Im trying to install Iron Browser on several PC with belowe command :
srware_iron.exe /VERYSILENT /NOCANCEL /components="SRWare Iron"
Question is how can I disable Iron Config and Backup Icon on the desktop, is there any swith to disable it?
