Install Problem-Ubuntu 14.04

I just found iron, downloaded it and started to install using the ubuntu software center. A message came up saying this is "bad quality" software and I should not install it. I was give the 'ok' button and the 'go ahead' button.
why is this? Is this a known issue? How best to proceed?

open terminal:
sudo dpkg -i iron.deb
or sudo dpkg -i iron64.deb

Oh yeah, ... please don't respond with "go ahead and install it, then let us know what happened."

there is no problem or issue. Don't know what their problem is....
