Strange problem with Website

Hi,
I have a problem with a website using SRWare iron which I don't have with other browsers Comodo Dragon/Win 10 IE.
The problem is that numbers don't show with Iron.
this is what happens
Less than 40 of the IEC’s 22 617 voting stations experienced problems as the electoral body rolled out its final registration weekend.
The 40 shows as a two square and 22 617 shows as five squares
Is there any setting that I need to change?
Thanks for any help or I will continue to use Dragon for this site.
