Can't get Twitter video to work on Iron portable

I have been trying to get Twitter videos and it never works.
I am running Version 46.0.2450.0 of Iron on Windows 7 64bit.
I also installed the latest PPAPI Flash player.

Is there anyone that could offer some solution to this issue?
I have seen some others posts with similar issue (but couldn't find any solution).

Twitter video use HTML5 <video> tag. If the video source's format is webm or ogg then Iron can play. If the video is MP4 then Iron can't play.

Works now with Iron 48
