Hi I am unable to sign into Iron on my Windows 10 laptop.

I get to the sign in screen and enter my details and I get either one of the following issues depending on when I try to sign in:

1 - Page just refreshes and comes back to the sign in screen but now has my profile picture (so it obviously knows who I am)
2 - The page refreshes and I get the error message: The sync server is busy. Please try again later.

Now this is a common problem with Iron. Could there not be a specific section in the help forum like in the announcements section where this can be updated regularly. Then rather than having to either searching through posts to try and find an answer or having to post a new thread we all know where it is and can try the latest fix without having to bother the admins about it.

Alternatively and the best option would be to get this problem FIXED so there is no need for having to trawl the forum for an answer which is usually elusive.

Otherwise I really like Iron and use it most of the time, but I do need to sync it between my machines.

Seriously I STILL cannot sign into Iron.

I have reset my PC and made sure I am using the latest version of Iron and the same thing happens when I try to sign in,

Enter me email address and password and hit enter / sign in. The page / sign in box refreshes and reappears BLANK asking me to enter my details.

NO error messages nothing.

Why why why?????

Please fix this issue or if there is a walk round or another way to sign in PLEASE tell me, over 400 people have read my post and yet not one has posted a reply.

Is anyone else having this issue? Have you managed to sign in? If so how?

Developers, surely you must know what the issue is and how to get round it. I'm surprised that there has not yet been a FIX for this problem yet.
If there has please tell me what and maybe point it out on the forum home page that there is a fix?

Did you use ActivateSync?

I go to the icon of 3 lines top right of the window, then click on "sign in to iron"
OR
go to settings / sign in to iron.

Please start the "Iron Config and Backup Tool" and use "Activate Sync" there. Then you can do what you did before.

I found the "activate sync" under the programe in "all apps". I closed iron and used that and have now been able to sign into iron.

I'm using Iron on Mac OSX Yosemite and I have the same issue as DrGadget, no way to sign in Iron. I was looking for the "Iron Config and Backup Tool" and "Activate Sync" stuff but I don't know where to find them. Any ideas ?

EDIT: Sorry I just noticed that there is a topic dedicated to the Iron Config and Backup tool.... But no trace of a Mac OSX version... yet...
