I keep getting this error "your connection is not private"

Hi all I just joined and have been using SRware iron for about a month now and really like it but I keep getting this " your connection is not private" error all over the web on just about every site that has HTTPS security and I want to know if SRware iron really is making HTTPS connection's rather than http, and I'm sure my pc is clean from any malware/virus as I have scaned it with
avira
commodo cleaning essential's
malwarebytes anti malware
super antispyware
spy bot S&D
I've attached a picture if it help's

is your date/time set correct in windows?

yes, my time and date are set right, also some sites work properly like
https://startpage.com/eng/? yet
https://duckduckgo.com/ gives me the privacy error, thought it might be worth mentioning

I reinstalled windows and downloaded a fresh copy of SRWare iron and I am still having this issue, I am starting to think there is something wrong with SRWare iron, maybe a possible bug?, anyone else having this issue?

when I got to the page that says "your connection is not private", Try typing "proceed" on your keyboard and hit "enter" and see if it will go to the site.
