Issues with Iron 37

Hiya
In the new Iron 37 I have not been able to log into any of my Google accounts, so have gone back to a previous version, which works. Hoping you'll be coming up with a fix soon.
Also, I can't seem to replace the Iron ico with a customised icon. Is there a way to do this so it sticks? The shortcut displays the new ico, but it doesn't load into the taskbar.
