Gmail keeps disconnecting in Iron

I am a new user - Desktop, Vista 64 and my gmail disconnects and cannot reconnect causing me to refresh my page every few minutes when working on my e-mails. This does not happen in IE or Firefox. Also other tabs connected to other web sites stay connected. Only happens in gmail. All labs are turned off.
