Customize your browsing experience on SRWare Iron

Post by Witheat »

How to set SRWare Iron to automatically open links from bookmarks in new tab with just a left click, without using Ctrl or middle mouse button?

I was wondering the same thing! I find it quite annoying to have to use Ctrl all the time.

As far as I know, by default, SRWare Iron does not support opening bookmark links in a new tab with just a left click; you will need to use Ctrl+Click or middle click to open in a new tab. Is this information correct?

Yes, the information you provided is correct. By default, SRWare Iron – which is based on the open source Chromium – does not support opening links from bookmarks with a left-click to open in a new tab. Users are forced to use the Ctrl + Click combination, or use the middle mouse button (scroll button) to achieve that.
