Hi !

I had a look on the forum to set Sware Iron as my default browser...
but nothing works and Sware doesn't appear in Default Programs (Control Panel\Default Programs)
I have Windows Vista and Sware Iron the last version...
If anybody could explain to me how to do it...

In Iron click on the wrench (top right). Go to Options - Basic window. At the bottom, click on "make SRWare Iron my default browser". It works on my side in Vista.

and it doesn't work...

Do it once again but first launch Iron as administrator. It will become a default browser. Then you may run Iron as usual.

As an alternative, you could download and use "Set Browser" to set Iron as your default choice. I know it is old, but it still works.

it worked for me.

Additionally, the Safari web browser has the ability to change your default browser to any browser on your system, not just to Safari.

Thanks it worked for me too!

I ran SRWare Iron as Administrator, but I did not get get a prompt asking if I wanted to make it the default. So I went to the Options page and clicked the "Make SRWare Iron the Default Browser" button, but nothing happens.
Running Windows 7.
Iron ver. 13.0.800.0 (not quite sure how to update it).

1. update
