First of all, thanks for your browser!
Iron's really fast and secure. However, there are several things make me feel uncomfortable while working with it.

In new "Incognito window" do not work a lot of installed extensions (for example, Flash Block, Discconectre, etc). Some of them work in background, but there is no button (or icon) on the panel bar. I visit my web pages in privace mode by default and this is big deal.

Also it would be great to use "Incognito tab" instead of "Incognito window" in the same main window. And some checkboxes in options screen as "always use incognito mode" (like FireFox has) and "clear all private data on exit".

This would be very usefull!

Try this, click the Tool, select Tools, then Extensions, and CHECK the box that 'Allow in Incognito'.
I have a few extensions, and they all work in an incognito mode.

You do know how to start an incognito session with out opening a regular sessions first?
Set up a separate desktop icon, and add --incognito after the executable. This works for me.
"C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron\iron.exe" --incognito --enable-extensions
