NPSWF32.dll (hope for developers' answer)

Hello!
Thanks to Iron team for getting rid of some of Chrome "features" and making such a privacy-keeping browser.
My question:
Is there any possibility to drop somewhere in Iron folders NPSWF32.dll to be able to use flash?
I ask this because I never had installed Macromedia in my system (xp_sp3)
and Opera needs just this one file sitting in "plugins" folder to play FLVs.
