Trouble with flash (youtube and etc)

Hello
Just have some trouble
Early i use Iron ver. 57. all works fine
some days ago when i visit youtube i got
400. That’s an error.
Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. That’s all we know.
also youtube videos that shared on other sites, didnt play
on some site i see video preload and play button, but when i press play button video not start
on some site i see just grey area on place when video placed.
I disable all plugins (addblock and ghostery but that not help)
also i update to latest iron version. the problem is still here
on other browsers. all works fine
