Hi, I'm a web developer. I've realized that both v51 and v52 fail to be recognized by standard user agent recognition because your format has changed.

They are now like this:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2700.0 Iron Safari/537.36

And for years and years, used to be like this:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Iron/10.0.650.0 Chrome/10.0.650.0 Safari/534.16

Including the Iron version number.

Dropping this has broken a lot. Is it intentional? Will the version number come back?

Thank you.

We don't like the new user agent either - but we had little choice. A lot of sites (including Netflix) only tolerate the original Chrome.

Oh! Well, I may have messed that up for you, then. Oops. I already reported it to ua-parser to update. If Netflix uses uaparser, then it'll be recognized soon.

Useragent strings can be changed by the user, you know... that would be another way to get Netflix working.

Sure, but most people just want to use the stuff out of the box and/or do not have the know-how to change the UA.
