Does not open the browser

Hello community, first of all I feel sorry for my bad English. The problem is the following, I have used this browser for a long time, and it is the second time it happens to me. It does not open, I see that there is an active process but it closes after a few seconds.
Try to uninstall and install it but it works by erasing the browser data. But there is no error message about it. Now it works, because I made a backup and restored previous data. Do you know why you suggest the problem?

Do you know what I can do if the same problem arises for the third time?
