Such a shame, I love Iron. Someone must know how to get in running on latest 64-bit Ubuntu.
Any help much appreciated.
Which error do you get? Did you try the debs?
Hello
Sorry for slow response, kind of gave up for a while. I don't get any errors as such. The .deb's appear to install fine but when I try to click on Iron to start the program nothing happens. If I unpack the .gz's and try to run Iron from a folder, it says "file not an executable" or something like that. For the last three generations of Iron, it's always come down to the launcher file 'iron' not being an executable in both the .deb's and the .gz's. I'm reasonably familiar with Linux so I don't think I'm doing anything stupid.
