Windows ARM64 and ARM32 build

I need a Win32 ARM32 Windows 8.0/8.1 and and ARM64 Windows 10 build of SRWare Iron.

Since ARM64 now works, It should be very simple to build for ARM32 also.

You would be the first ARM32 Chrome based browser for Windows in the world.

If you need testing hardware for ARM64, the Surface Pro X and Raspberry Pi 3 are available. Chromium Edge and Blue Chromium now work on Windows 10 on devices like the Raspberry Pi 3/3b+/4, Lumia 950 XL and about 10 other laptops like the HP Envy X2. For ARM32, there is the Surface RT or Surface 2 on eBay. There are more Windows ARM32 installs than ever from the community.
