Browser srware iron bypasses fortigate web filter?

Can someone explain me why browser srware iron bypasses Fortigates web filter security uno onlineprofile?

Example:

I have category "gambling" blocked - on chrome, edge, firefox, vivaldi, opera, ... websites according to this category get blocked.

But when using srware iron as browser, the websites categorized with gambling doesn't get blocked. This does not only work for gambling, all categories seem to work in srware iron.

Why?
