Let me say it again, it is not the issue! I'm 100% certain.
IE/Iron works on different install using that same "not-updated" image.
Updates have nothing to do with it.

Sorry for delayed response. The video unfortunately didn't help.
Neither IE Reset nor setting DNS to Google (which isn't good idea for starters) solved the issue.
