Happens to me too. exactly the same problem. Stopped with the latest (14th of December) version - SRWare Iron 1.0.155.0 (Developer Build 6886)

There is infact a way:
if you're using an Iron shortcut, add --incognito as a 'commandline option' (on the Target: field)
e.g "C:\Program Files\SRWare Iron\iron.exe" --incognito

More problems after update (unrelated to the adblock since i'm used to privoxy anyway):
a) Bad looking icon (the previous one was awesome) , here's a shot of the taskbar
b) Unable to use the theme I was using before (gnome theme). Crashes Iron.
